Curveball is seeking the next aspiring IT Support Technician to join their ever-growing team. Collaborating with experienced IT technicians, you'll be in the best position to kickstart your career in the dynamic world of IT.

Curveball acts as the outsourced IT department for their clients, delivering and supporting managed IT and communication solutions across the Northwest and nationwide. **A Typical Day in the Job**:

- Providing technical support to customers in line with contractual agreements
- Providing 1st line support to customers over the phone and through the ticketing system
- Configuring and dispatching customer equipment
- Respond to requests/issues/escalations identified by clients and works with the wider team to ensure action plans are developed and issues are resolved

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

**Salary, Hours & Benefits**:

- £16,000 per annum
- Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm
- Flexible working hours
- 20 days holidays plus 8 bank holidays
- Extra day holiday with every year's service (up to 5 years)
- Extra ½ day every quarter with 100% attendance
- Pension Scheme
- Extra training and development throughout your time as an apprentice

**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Can work well within a team and independently
- IT skills are highly beneficial for the role
- Passionate about IT and self-development
- Strong writing skills, blogs, social posts etc
- GCSE Grade C/4 in English and Maths or L2 Functional skills equivalent
