We are a small but growing creative independent jewellers specialising in bespoke work, selling a wide range of artisan and vintage jewellery with our own on-site jewellery workshop.

**What We Are Looking For**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our Shaftesbury High Street store and work within our core values - Integrity, Creative Innovation, Precision and Determination.
- A dynamic personality with the ability to develop genuine relationships with our customers.
- A strong attention to detail and good organisation skills.
- Willing to learn the trade, and share your knowledge and passion for our locally made and vintage products.
- Be well presented, good with people and enjoy working as part of a small team.
- Have an appreciation for creativity alongside a genuine interest in fine and artisan jewellery.
- In-store training will be given however a good working knowledge of social media and basic computer skills are required.
- Previous sales and or jewellery experience is an advantage but not essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Opening and closing the shop on certain days.
- Welcoming customers in store and offering insight into our ranges as required.
- Sale fulfilment, both in store and online.
- Stock Presentation, photography and online listings.
- Processing customer repairs and wholesale orders.
- Maintaining shop displays and general housekeeping.
- Tracking and inventory of stock.
- Quality control of products and order fulfilment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £7.49-£10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 21 per week
