Talent Coordinator

**Salary**: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
This is an exciting opportunity for a Talent Partner to join the People team at a leading global consultancy firm on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract with potential to be made permanent. Our clients' environment is high-touch, fast-paced and proactive, thereforeyou will have the confidence to make decisions independently, yet also know when consultation is necessary.
Talent Coordinator Responsibilities:

- Proactivity in anticipating and flagging problems, suggesting solutions and more efficient ways of working
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) maintenance, document scanning and saving, replenishing stock of assessment materials, and electronic filing system maintenance
- Supporting and guiding all other team members
- Completing other ad hoc projects as they arise
Talent Coordinator Essentials:

- Previous administrative experience in a recruitment or Professional Services environment
- Experience of working with an ATS, HR system or job board aggregator
- Fluency in English and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to professionally manage expectations, drive communication and operate with clarity and transparency
- Proactive, takes initiative and able to prioritise and efficiently execute a wide range of diverse tasks, that often arise unexpectedly or with urgency
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders and multiple work streams
- Outstanding attention to detail and takes pride in documentation, working practices and strives for excellence
- Integrity and respect for confidentiality
- Enthusiastic and a team player
