Are you an experienced and detail-oriented professional in the construction industry? Do you thrive in overseeing the final stages of a construction project, ensuring quality, precision, and timely completion? We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Finishing Foreman on behalf of our client working in Neath.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities on the construction site.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure successful project completion.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols and regulations to create a secure work environment.
- Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Manage the schedule and coordinate subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to project progress, issues, and solutions.
- Address any on-site challenges and resolve conflicts that may arise during the finishing stages.
- Conduct regular site walkthroughs to identify and rectify deficiencies.
- Assist in the selection and procurement of materials and equipment as needed.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and permits.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.
- Problem-solving aptitude with the ability to make swift decisions.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans.
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, with 3 years in a finishing role.
- Relevant certifications or training in construction management, site supervision, or related fields.
- Valid driver's license.
- Physical ability to navigate construction sites and perform tasks as needed.

Contract length: 6 weeks

**Salary**: £22.00-£24.00 per hour
