The Head of Quality Assurance will hold a critical leadership position within the Trust, overseeing the management of quality assurance, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and various governance processes. This role will require meticulous attention to detail, a comprehensive understanding of regulatory frameworks, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of patient care and operational excellence within the Trust. They will embed a culture of shared learning and improvement cycles throughout the Trust.
