The Majestic Line (Scotland) Ltd pioneered small ship cruising on the west coast of Scotland. The position is office based in Sandbank, nr Dunoon. With 5 small ships our cruises sail from April to October and depart from Holy Loch, Oban, Inverness and Kirkwall.
The Sales Administrator will provide a friendly and professional customer experience to all clients regarding any aspect of a Majestic Line cruise and provide continual support to all crew and office-based colleagues.
**DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide excellent customer service
- Answer phone in a professional but friendly manner
- Advise ‘guests’ on products that best suit their needs
- Learn about new products/services and company policies regularly
- Liaise with and provide support to other departments including Operations, when necessary
- Provide support Cruise Co-Ordinators
- Liaise with and provide support to other departments including Operations, when necessary.
- Other related task that are consistent with the role.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.
- Good team player but able to work on own initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
- Experience in the tourism industry an advantage
- Knowledge of the geography of the West Coast of Scotland an advantage
- Educated to SQA Higher standard
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
