**Job Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Contract Administrator to join our Real Estate team in London. Owing to the nature of the projects, the role will suit someone who has UK/London consultancy JCT, D&B or NEC contract admin experience and large project experience.

Duties will include:

- Oversee the management of construction project design, estimation and project planning including all relevant statutory processes, procurement management and maintenance forecasting, working closely with various client departments
- Undertake compliance checks against contracts
- Work to achieve value for money at each stage of the contract
- Produce and work against contract management plans for each contract
- Manage contract exit
- Monitor contract performance and administer service credits and warranty payments where applicable
- Analysis on a range of commercial and technical information
- Development of reports and presentations to update key stakeholder groups

**Qualifications**:

- ** MUST **have experience in NEC, D&B, traditional or JCT forms of Contract.
- Have an understanding of the tasks required undertaking in both pre and post contract roles, including procurement, contract formation, post contract cost control, contract administration, value management / engineering, risk management and final accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and client facing skills.
