Hepzibar Care Agency Ltd is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Care Workers and Registered Nurses to join our team in providing exceptional care in care homes. This position is based in the Notthinghamshire.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide person-centered care and support to residents in accordance with their individual care plans and needs.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, and mobility support.
- Build positive relationships with residents, their families, and the care team to promote a comfortable and nurturing environment.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' health, behavior, or wellbeing to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided and any observations or incidents.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care delivery.
- Promote a safe and hygienic environment for residents, following all infection control and health and safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Care Certificate or willingness to undergo training through our agency to obtain the necessary qualifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with residents and their families.
- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to provide high-quality care and support.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to changing situations.
- Flexibility in working hours, as the role may involve shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
