**The Role**
This is a varied role which requires interaction with different areas of the business including Investment Management and other departments across Operations.
**Outcomes of the Role**
- Assist in the production of client valuation packs, tax packs and client detail summaries. This includes assisting in the production of necessary valuation and tax pack reprints
- Produce date of death tax packs and action closing pack requests from other Operations teams.
- Monitor the team inbox to ensure queries are resolved in a timely manner.
- Production and working through of regular reports and ad-hoc tasks within the Client Reporting function
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- High level of accuracy and concentration with ability to grasp new tasks quickly
- Ability to work to a high standard under tight deadlines
- Adaptable, flexible and able to accept responsibility for given tasks
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to build constructive relationships with other members of staff at various levels
- Ability to effectively prioritise workloads
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
