Due to the continuing growth we are seeking a Full Time Mortgage Administrator to join our friendly operation based in lovely offices in Harpenden.

This role is full time, Monday - Friday 09.00hrs - 17.00hrs.

No weekends

The role is office based in Harpenden.

We are ideally looking for someone with mortgage administration experience, but this is not essential and if you are a strong administrator this could be the job for you. Training will be given.

Competitive salary package of circa £20,000 - £25,000 PA dependent on experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status
- Book client appointments

Skills & Experience Required:

- Prefered - 2 years mortgage administration experience.
- Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
- Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
