Our client, a small but extremely successful business based in Southam, are looking for a confident and proactive individual to join their team as a Sales & Estimating Coordinator.

**The key responsibilities**:

- Coordination of the estimation/quoting process and managing enquiries that relate to this - being the first port of call for customers
- Ensuring quotations are followed up in a timely manner
- Helping to secure new business - warm calls and researching new/existing clients to find projects
- Compiling project folders: organisation and administration, ensuring accuracy and completion of documentation
- Following up on initial customer quotations, liaising with estimators and sales manager

**Minimum requirements**:

- Confident on the phone and happy to get involved in sales
- Good with IT including MS Office and CRM systems
- Process-driven and proactive - happy to chip in with anything
- High level of attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- Ability to manage own workload
- Supportive team player
- Reliable
