**Job Summary**

The psychologist will work closely with the clinical team to provide psychotherapy services to children and adolescents with special needs. This position will also assist in coordinating and facilitating parent education and support groups.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
**Provide direct psychotherapy services to children and adolescents with special needs in a group setting.**
- Serve as a clinical consultant for parent education groups.
- Provide support for parents of children with special needs.
- Assist in coordinating parent education activities.
- Coordinate and facilitate parent support groups.
- Perform routine administrative duties of the practice as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information according to Agency policies and procedures.
- Participate in professional development activities, including continuing education, as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the director or practice manager.

**Qualifications**:
**Master’s degree in social work, psychology, speech therapy, behavioral health counseling, or related field from an accredited college or university; or Bachelor’s degree from a college or university and one year of experience in the field; or Licensure as a psychologist in the state of practice.**
- One year of experience providing direct behavioral health services to children and adolescents with special needs; OR ONE YEAR OF EXPERIENCE AND COUNSELING REQUIRED IN THE FIELD AND ABILITIES TO WORK WITH CHILDREN AND ADOLESTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS.

**Salary**: £24,775.00-£26,847.00 per year
