Property Caretaker

Community Property Care is looking for a hardworking and reliable person to fill our Mobile Property Caretaker position based in the Aylesbury region to undertake regular grounds maintenance and cleaning tasks.

**Salary**: £22,500 - £23,500

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm

**Job Type**: Full Time, Temp to Perm

Main Duties:

- Grounds maintenance of external areas across a wide portfolio of developments, both large and small, as well as cleaning of internal communal areas.
- Carry out general ground maintenance, ad hoc maintenance and repairs.
- Assist with the cleaning of internal communal areas within the region, that extends to our wider business model.
- Help assess maintenance and health and safety issues including reporting building defects, testing of fire and security alarms.

Person Specification:

- Have a keen interest in gardening, no trade qualifications are required but previous experience in a similar type of role would be highly advantageous.
- Have at least 1 year of cleaning experience.
- Demonstrate good decision-making skills and common sense.
- Take pride in consistently providing a high standard of customer service as you will be acting as a Community Property Care’ representative when on site.
- Experience of working to achieve agreed works are completed within agreed time frames.
- A team player who ensures that all our estates and communal areas are clean, tidy and in a safe condition.
- Live in or around the Aylesbury area
- Hold a current and full manual Driving License (essential).
