Key Responsibilities: As our Working Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in our projects, working closely with the Company Director and Project Teams. Your responsibilities will include:
Day-to-day site management activities, ensuring schedules are met, and site quality is maintained in accordance with drawings.

Adhering to health and safety procedures and conducting Toolbox talks to ensure site safety.

Managing project budgets, procurement of materials, and coordinating with subcontractors.

Acting as the main point of contact between workers, the Director, and Project Managers.

Leading and chairing site meetings with clients and consultants, ensuring effective communication.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
Presentable, confident, and comfortable with client interactions.

Possess a full driving license and own vehicle.

Advanced computer literacy skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Demonstrable track record of delivering successful projects.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a foreman/assistant foreman position.

At least 4 years of trade experience.
