Are you a Stores/Procurement Technician looking for a new challenge?
Working within our Operational Procurement Team, you will be responsible for reviewing and sourcing procurement requirements on behalf of our clients, in line with procurement guidelines and best practice processes. You will be confident to liaise with bothinternal and external customers and suppliers, and resolving issues/queries. You will be responsible for the efficient storage and issue of all IT equipment, peripherals and consumables on site. Primary functions are to demand, receipt and correctly assetidentify all stock using the Service Management system provided. The effective and timely delivery of all items purchased is of high importance.
**What you will be doing**:

- Receipting all goods into the Service Management system, maintenance and update of asset holdings within relevant config databases
- Delivering or arranging delivery of items ordered
- Inventory control of stock and availability management of spares to meet demand, including the production of monthly stock reports and stock checks
- Management of the stores environment including all aspects of Health and Safety
- Reviewing and sourcing procurement requirements
- Dealing with internal and external customers, including liaison with outside agencies for warranty repairs and replacement of faulty equipment
- Resolving issues and queries raised within the Service Management tool
- Following process documents ensuring compliance with Client and company policies
- Conduct tasks as requested by the Procurement and Stores managers

**What you will bring**:

- Technical awareness in an IT environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full driving license

**It would be great if you had**:

- Procurement/stores experience
- Health and Safety knowledge
