**Customer Experience Assistant**
**Full Time / Permanent 37 Hours per week**
**Monday - Thursday 8.30 - 5pm, Fridays 4.30pm finish**
**(Some evening work around enrolment periods)**
**£20,599 - £21,085 - Depending on experience and qualifications - ** NEW SALARY RATE PENDING**
**Based at the St Albans Campus**
This role will involve lots of administration and therefore having a keen eye for detail as well as experience of using Microsoft office would be advantageous. The successful person for this role will ideally have previous experience of working in a customer related environment and a great telephone manner - clear communication will be key in this role
**Responsibilities will also include**:
- Assist and support MIS colleagues when required in terms of data input and Servicedesk requests
- Process enrolments by telephone, fax or post and ensure all processed within service level agreement
- Arrange interviews and initial assessments for applicants liaising with Department curriculum teams
- Good standard of education or extensive experience and have experience of working in customer services or administration, preferably within a Further Education establishment.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office and have experience of data entry is essential.
- Previous Customer Service Experience
