Foundry Operative

We have an opportunity for an unskilled foundry operative role at our jobbing foundry in Keighley. This is a very labour-intensive role, which requires heavy lifting. The responsibilities will include assisting moulders, assisting furnace and fettling operations, keeping site clean and tidy. Experience is not necessary as training will be provided. However experience of other manual roles will be of benefit. PPE (RPE) is provided and is required for the full time on shift.
**Overtime rate paid after completing 39 hours, Mon - Fri rate - time + 1/3, Saturday rate time +1/2.**
25 days paid holidays + Bank Holidays per annum
You must be able to commit to the hours (39 hours Monday - Friday), be reliable and able to work under supervision and take direction.
Normal operating hours are 0730 - 1600 Mon - Thur, 0730 - 1500 Friday.
References will be required.
Job role to start as soon as possible. You must have the right to work in the UK.
**Salary**: From £9.70 per hour
