**The Role**:
As a **SEO specialist**,you will report to the Head of Digital and craft exceptional SEO strategies in digital marketing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a leading SEO consultant, taking ownership of strategy, resourcing, and implementation.
- Collaborate with account directors to identify new client opportunities, producing audits and materials for new business.
- Plan SEO initiatives and outline opportunities with marketing leads, both internally and externally
- Identify performance issues, deliver content SEO roadmaps, and conduct competitor gap analysis and keyword research.
- Host SEO education sessions internally and with clients, collaborating with others to promote best practices and advancements.

**Requirements**:
**Essential**:

- Previously worked as a SEO specialist or in a similar role.
- Possess SEO experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Understanding of on-page, off-page, technical SEO and content SEO, demonstrating expertise in formulating, and implementing effective strategies.
- Knowledge of keyword planning, technical and analytical tools, CMS, searcher intent and various SERP layouts.
- Skilled in utilising tools like Google Search Console, Semrush, BrightEdge, Adobe Analytics, and Screaming Frog.
- Possesses a strong analytical and technical aptitude.

**Desirable**:

- Shopify-specific SEO, App SEO, site migrations experience.
- Familiarity with CMS such as Umbraco and WordPress.
- Knowledge of the relationship between paid media and SEO
- Skilled in project management.
