**At this firm you won't have an issue with leads.** They are one of the few IFA firms to have a specialist estate planning team. And you'll not only get leads from the advisers. You'll be part of a wider group of companies which will resultin leads from them too.

**At this firm you'll have their trust.** You'll be working from home as well as out of their offices. But you’ll mostly be seeing clients at their homes in Manchester and Cheshire.

You'll need to be competent within the sector as you'll be selling/writing wills and estate planning solutions. You'll be brilliant at explaining difficult concepts in a simple way. And in an ideal world you will hold the estate planning qualification.

**This is a salaried role (£27,000 going to £30,000 after probation) with a firm that wants to incentivise people with extra bonus.**
**It's also not a business where your status will remain the same forever. If you have designs on being a financial planner then this will provide a great pathway for that.**
