**The Opportunity;**
We are delighted to be working with a fast growing industrial business in their search for an ER Advisor. This will be a hybrid role with travel to sites across the North East and North Yorkshire.
In this role you would be:

- Managing a varied ER case load, including grievance, disciplinary, absence, H&S, etc.
- Coaching, supporting and upskilling managers on people related queries, systems, policies and processes.
- Supporting the broader People team on change programmes as required.
- Working closely with a range of senior stakeholders across multiple sites.
- Proactively identifying and implementing improvements to people related processes.
- Analysing trends across ER, and reporting on HR and ER metrics.
- Travel will be required, but you can work flexibly to meet the needs of the business.

Package:

- Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + car or car allowance.
- 25 days holiday.
- 5% matched pension.

**The Person;**
We are looking for an experienced ER Advisor who enjoys the operational aspects of HR and is happy to travel to sites across the North. You must be able to hit the ground running and be comfortable working in an industrial environment.
- Significant experience in managing a range of ER issues within a fast-paced, industrial environment.
- Experience working with senior managers and driving people manager capabilities through effective coaching and support.
- Appreciation for importance of health and safety within the workplace.
- Excellent written skills and attention to detail.
- Strong numeracy with the ability to analyse data and produce reporting.
- Collaborative nature.
- Ability to influence.
- Union experience a bonus.
