Warehouse Shift Administrator

We are recruiting for shift administrator on rotating shifts (this shift pattern will be based on the shift management rota and will be different to the standard warehouse rota) to cover the following areas:
All admin related tasks for the following:

- Receiving
- Assembly
- MP
- Spares
- Bundles
- Replenishment
- Returns

**Key responsibilities**

You will be responsible for the technical processes and quality in your area which will include:

- Using Customer Specifications, QC and Smartsheets to create customer specific labels in all areas of the operation
- To be competent with courier specific paperwork, labels and systems including Pallettrack, Yodel and DHL.
- Using the daily plan to document progress in line with our KPI’s
- Completing QC sheets accordingly
- Using SNAP to manage the movement of our products through the process, including machine pick and spares including consignments and UPIC, scanning of inbound stock and releasing the work for the picking teams
- Using SNAP to manage the bundle building process end to end.
- Creating replenishment tasks for pick-face and failing order replenishment
- Reporting all damages, shortages and over picks with Inventory
- Completing non-conformance trackers and ensure communications to the wider business are completed
- Using VSOPs to ensure “right first time” output
- Updating VSOPs where necessary
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment, and
- Escalating issues and concerns to your shift manager.
- Shift Admin will be your main role within the warehouse operation; however, there may be occasions when you will be planned elsewhere.
- You will become the “expert” in your areas driving safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives by modelling the appropriate standards.

2 x weeks on early shift (Mon-Fri 6am -2pm)

2 x weeks on late shift (Mon
- Fri 2pm -10pm)

2 x weeks on shift (Wed
- Sun) - Hours to be advised.

You will need to be able to demonstrate:

- Appropriate numerical skills and use of excel
- SNAP knowledge for the relevant area
- Flexibility to respond to operational challenges / customer demands
- Team working
