**Responsibilities**
- Provide personalized attention and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information about all products and services offered.
- Answer questions and provide accurate information about products and services offered.
- Conduct in-store presentations of new merchandise.
- Represent the brand at every opportunity while maintaining high standards of dress quality, customer service, and professional behavior.
- Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Be able to work with diverse populations and handle ethnically diverse customers with respect.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends occasionally (weekends)

Qualifications:

- Must have excellent customer service skills & strong communication skills.
- Must have excellent organizational skills & computer aptitude (preferred)

Benefits: Full time position (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm) with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, 401k plan with 4% match, employee discount

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 14 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Flexitime

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bristol: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 5 years (required)
- customer service: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
