We are looking to appoint a Till Supervisor, someone who is committed, enthusiastic and takes great pride in their work. We are looking to appoint someone with a friendly disposition who strives to deliver exceptional levels of customer care and service at all times, whilst ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the till systems and Customer Services.

We are looking for motivated individuals who will be dedicated to shaping the customer experience within our stores.
**What you’ll be responsible for**: Helping to build the next-generation Boundary Outlet Experience
- Ensuring optimum coverage for your department over a seven-day operation
- Responsible for ensuring your team meets the required standards by the use of effective training methods
- Ensuring Company cash and security procedures are maintained and upheld at all times
- Proficiency in administration, particularly Store procedures (full training will be given)
- Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
- Effective people management skills
- Previous experience at a supervisory level is desirable.
