An opportunity exists for an Accounts Administrator looking to join our friendly and supportive Finance team. As the Accounts Administrator you will support the Finance Manager & Finance Director in all aspects of the daily input of accounting information & the production & maintenance of accurate & timely accounting records.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Sales Invoicing including Deposit Invoicing.
- Deposit account - manage deposits invoiced & paid & stage billing reconciliations.
- Customer Project Accounts: Updating & Reconciliation’s.
- Credit Card - Check & reconcile & post to ERP system.
- Purchase Ledger Statement Reconciliations.
- Purchase Ledger Invoice Input support.Sorting queries & issues - unallocated receipts & payments on AR & AP.
- Posting Cashbook & Bank Reconciliation.
- Cover for Accounts Payable when required.
- Cover for Accounts Receivable / Credit Control when required.
- Assisting in Payroll preparation.
- Support as required to the Finance Manager & Finance Director.

**Qualifications**

AAT part qualified or qualified by experience.

**Experience**

2 years minimum experience of working in a busy finance team covering all aspects of the general accounts administration functions such as Accounts payable & Accounts Receivable.

**Hours**

39 hours basic week

Monday - Thursday - 08.30 - 17.00

Friday - 8.30 - 16.00
