Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for MULTI TRADERS for a well-established company in SWANLEY.

**About You**:

- High work ethic & team player.

- Excellent communication skills.
- PPE required
- You must have a valid CSCS card.
- Experience using a PDA system would be beneficial.
- A full UK license is essential.
- Must be experienced in maintenance and building trades.
- A relevant qualification in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting, and decorating is desirable.

**About the role**:

- Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.
- Responsible for carrying out a wide range of responsive repairs in people’s homes, following water and fire damage. Working with and around the homeowner to deliver a high-quality finish.
- General maintenance works, which include but are not limited to basic electrical, carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting, and decorating.
- Complete paperwork after each job promptly and accurately detailing materials used, works carried out, and any other repairs required for completion whilst inside the property.
- Salary - £25,000-40,000 (dependent on experience).
- ** THIS IS A FULL-TIME PERMANENT ROLE WITH NO AGENCY PROBATION PERIOD.
