Window Fabricator

Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting a Fabricator to work for a highly respected, long-established manufacturer. As a result of the company's success and growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Window Fabricator to join the team, based in Pontyclun.
Duties will include supporting the Production Staff in the following:

- Cutting all ancillaries
- Preparing welded sills
- Cutting of beads
- General Fabrication
Qualifications and skills:

- Forklift licence preferred although not necessary
- Problem solving
- Improvising and use of own initiative
- Continual delivery of total customer satisfaction
- Seeks continual environment in performance and processes
- Communicates with the team to ensure that targets are achieved
- A flexible approach and adapts to changing work environments
Pay rate: £9.50-£12 per hour (dependant on experience)
Job type: Full time, permanent
Shifts: Monday - Thursday, 8am - 4:30pm, Friday, 8am - 3:30pm
