**Essential Functions and Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to the Property and Casualty service and sales teams.
- Respond promptly and accurately to clients’ service needs.
- Manage completion of certificates, audits, dividends, and policy review within M3 service standards
- Process policy new and renewal information and enter changes in Epic.
- Provide project assistance to CM’s as needed.

**Insurance Policy and Coverage Verification**

**Responsibility or Duty**:

- Review new and renewal policies within the Agency Management System (Epic), quotes, and prior term’s policies for accuracy.
- Create summaries of insurance to send with policies
- Review endorsements with Epic and with original request for accuracy.
- Make CM aware of any errors.
- Review client requests for policy changes, research coverage options and premium impact, and determine recommended policy updates with Client Manager as needed.
- Communicate policy changes to underwriters, gather required underwriting information, and follow up accordingly to ensure completion of endorsement.
- Review and analyze contractual insurance requirements against the policy and communicate discrepancies and possible coverage implications with Client Manager and/or client.
- Process cancellations and reinstatements from Carriers.

**Data Verification and Documentation**

**Responsibility or Duty**:

- Complete data entry in Epic.
- Ensure data in Epic is accurate.
- Research discrepancies and communicate with Client Manager and client to ensure accurate data.
- Document Epic according to department procedures.
- Scan and attach items to Epic.

**Workload and Task Management**

**Responsibility or Duty**:

- Provide assistance to Client Managers and Client Executives as requested.
- Understand agency policy and procedures, customer service standards, and comply with Employee Manual and Procedure Guide.
- Complete projects within established timeframes by managing tasks and communicating deadlines to underwriters or administrative support as needed.
- Provide proper communication with Client Managers on projects.
- Reprioritize workload and problem solve solutions to complete projects effectively and efficiently.
- Actively participate in assigned meetings/committees.
- Maintain skills with continuing education for further development and understanding of property & casualty insurance.
- Review and monitor daily follow-up activities.

**Customer/Client Service**

**Responsibility or Duty**:

- Provide client service for assigned books of business, including but not limited to responding to customer issues regarding policies and accounting/billing.
- Order and process customer requests and perform any follow-up work.
- Prepare binders, certificates of insurance, evidence of property forms, auto ID cards, cancellations, reinstatements and other related insurance forms required by customers.
- Create general correspondence to clients and related interests.
- Process special functions as needed by client. These duties may include assisting with premium breakdowns, loss analysis reports, composite rate analysis, and dividend calculations, and researching coverages with CM.
- Communicate coverage and contract implications and discrepancies with clients for certificate requests and policy changes.
- Collaborate and communicate with Client Manager on client requests.

**Qualifications**:
Education

**Required**
- High School or better.Experience

**Required**-
- Minimum of one year administrative/clerical experience and/or training is required.**Preferred**
- Broad knowledge of insurance markets and reference to markets.- Broad knowledge of insurance products and usages.- Understanding of workflow procedures and sales and service processes.- Is able to work accurately and effectively with agency automation system (EPIC.)Licenses & Certifications
