Are you an enthusiastic HR Advisor, with a leaning towards L&D, looking to further your career with a global organisation? Happy to work from home but ideally located in Lincolnshire/Yorkshire to collaborate with local colleagues on a regular basis.
We are seeking a dynamic HR Advisor (medium level) to join our friendly, established team and contribute to the continued growth of this amazing business, the leading provider of crop nutrition solutions worldwide. The nature of this role requires a forward thinking and pro-active Human Resources individual, who can work autonomously and who is passionate about Learning & Development to drive the L&D agenda for our European business. The company prides itself on employee retention, encouraging on-going training.
**Key responsibilities HR Advisor**:

Assist in the design and implementation of competency mapping tools tailored to specific needs of each business area
- Analyse offerings and identify gaps between training requirements and existing offerings, and prepare proposals for new structured learning content
- Manage performance and employee engagement processes
- Collaborate on the design, development, and deployment of training materials for employee processes
- Actively promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout all activities
- Support employees and managers with enquiries relating to performance and development, promoting empowerment in the use of systems and tools for optimisation
- Support the digitalization and centralization of learning data
**Personal specification HR Advisor**:
- Degree level qualification
- CIPD qualified in Learning & Development
- Min 3 years’ experience in an L&D role
- Good understanding of performance and development processes, talent and learning management
- Good knowledge of GDPR and HR compliance
- Competent with Microsoft Office packages
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Experience with SAP Success Factors is beneficial, but not essential
- A self-starter capable of working on own initiative
