Job Title: Caretaker

Location: Sheffield, UK

Hours: Full-time, 7:30am - 3:30pm with some flexibility around end times

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensuring the security of the school premises
- Undertaking routine maintenance and repairs
- Cleaning the school premises, including classrooms, hallways, and restrooms
- Ordering and maintaining supplies and equipment
- Liaising with external contractors for more significant maintenance work
- Responding to emergencies, such as power outages or flooding
- Supporting the school in the setup and management of events and activities

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a caretaker or buildings manager is essential
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
