Duties:

- Teach a number of sessions each week, including lecturers, seminars, tutorials
- Developing and preparing course materials, including syllabi, lecture notes, and assignments
- Conducting research in the field of expertise and publishing scholarly articles or books
- Assessing student performance through exams, papers, and other assignments an d providing weekly feedback to their assessments after marking.
- Collaborating with colleagues on curriculum development and program improvement
- Participating in departmental meetings and committees as required

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of a master's degree in the relevant field is required; a doctoral degree is preferred
- Previous minimum one year teaching experience in health and social care at the college or university level is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey complex information to students
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment that values diversity and promotes equity
