We recently installed a Solar Farm and Solar Roof Mount Systems, providing us with a large percentage of the energy we use.
- **Are you the person for us ?**_

We are looking for an experienced HR Co-Ordinator to join our growing business. Ideally someone who has previous experience in an HR Administration role who can quickly develop a good understanding of the needs of our 140+ employees.
- **Responsibilities**_

Have good interpersonal and communication skills. Approachable and a logical, innovative thinker.

The ability to work with personnel from all levels with confidentiality, tact and integrity.

Assisting with the Company handbooks and policies which are updated in line with changing legislation and business activities.

Provide an effective HR administration service ensuring that employee data is handled, recorded, processed, stored and retrieved in a professional, confidential accurate and timely manner in accordance with GDPR. Constantly looking to improve internal processes and documentation.

Organising the new starter process and leaver process, for example preparing induction packs for new starters and issuing contracts and welcome packs.

Maintaining and updating employment files and ensuring employees have the right to work in the UK

Assisting with the recruitment process and preparation of job descriptions

Monitoring probation period reviews and preparing letters

Assisting with the Company’s absence management system and monitoring absences

Supporting our HR Manager and Health & Safety Manager with absence reporting, probation periods, return to work meetings and performance reviews, as well as conducting initial inductions with new employees.

Liaising with all departments as required.

Excellent communications skills

Good administration skills including accurate recording of information and data.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Between £23,000 and £26250

Expected hours: 37.5 hours per week
