Factory Labourer

The role of Factory Labourer is a vital part of our team and is a varied hands-on role. This is an excellent opportunity to join our growing team in Ballymena.

Our normal working hours are 37 hours per week from 07.00 - 17.00 Monday - Thursday.

**MAIN TASKS**
- Ensure manufacturing areas are cleaned and maintained as per cleaning schedule using some industrial cleaning equipment
- Ensure that waste is removed from the factory promptly
- Ensure the yard is well maintained
- General labouring duties including some relevant/basic maintenance work
- Maintain, repair, store and handle machinery
- Prepare and package items for dispatch
- Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment
- Other reasonable duties as assigned
- Undertake relevant training when required

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Ideally previous experience in a similar role
- Manual handling with the ability to bend and lift
- Ability to communicate with colleagues and take instruction from supervisors
- Ability to work on our own as well as part of a team
- Good time management skills
