**Mortgage Manager**

This is a position where you will be running, coaching and managing a growing team of Mortgage & Protection Advisors. Once settled into the business as a Sales Manager you will be responsible for the oversight and management of a mixed experience team withthe expectancy of being able to get the best from the team and with the capability of delivering the results for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the development of both the Mortgage team & individual advisors ensuring you are getting maximum performance.
- Driving Sales Performance.
- Carry out 1-1’s with advisors to review performance regularly.
- Ensure team maintain best practice and adhere to all relevant legislation adhering to FCA guidelines.
- Maintain strong levels of market knowledge & skills at all times to remain competent.
- Continuing the overall growth of the team to coincide with business needs.

Key Requirements:

- CeMAP Qualified (or equivalent)
- 2 years+ Mortgage Advising experience
- Ideally previous Senior Advising / management experience
- Able to monitor, evaluate and develop people
- Confident with effectively implementing processes and make changes efficiently
- Compliant background
- Full UK licence

To be considered for this position you will have a strong background in Mortgage advice. You will have experience in a team management role.
