**The Role**:
- Preparation of vehicles prior to painting.
- Sanding when needed.
- Working on classic cars.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- An ability to carry out preparation on a car ready for paint.
- An ability to strip and re-fit body work.
- An ability to work effectively within a team of skilled technicians.
