**What You’ll Be Doing**:
When working as a **Lead Full Stack Developer**there will be multiple lines of work including
- Help lead a cross-functional team or a practice team, together, you will support software products from conception to operation and support their stakeholders building great technology
- Work across a diverse range of web and mobile based products, focusing on the customer journey
- Select and guide various teams to use the right tools for the right jobs
- Help solve any business and technical problems in an efficient and professional way

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Have past expertise in the JavaScript language, for example, ES6/7/8/next, Typescript
- Understanding and experience of JavaScript ecosystem and tooling
- Experience with at least two **recent**JavaScript frameworks
- Extensive knowledge of HTML5, CSS3/SCSS
- General knowledge of UI design
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- The ability to successfully work in a team
- Excellent communication and an eye for detail
