Blue Arrow are proudly working in support of our manufacturing client in Congleton CW12. This client is a manufacturing facility looking to take on hardworking _production operatives_ on a permanent basis. The onsite team works in a semi-automated facility producing materials in the automotive safety systems industry.

**The position of machine operative requires**:

- Reacting quickly and safely to any issues that may arise while monitoring operations of the equipment
- Constantly observing all equipment ensuring correct use
- Safe set up of all required production equipment
- Manual handling of products, packaging, specification checks
- Troubleshooting and basic maintenance of production machinery

This client is offering an hourly rate of **£12.46** - earning you an annual salary of **£27200** (Possibility of being upskilled based on client requirements to a Weaver role at £14.00 - if you are an experienced têxtile weaver, please get in touch). Overtime rates available.

The shift pattern is a classic 12 Hour Continental Shift rotation with the shifts listed below:
3 Days on: 06:00 - 18:00
3 Days off
3 Nights on: 18:00 - 06:00
3 Days off
- Due to the shift start and end times, you must have access to your own transport or live locally to Congleton._
- Flexible to work 3 on 3 off rotating shift pattern of 12-hour shifts
- An independent worker who can also work well as a part of a team
- Hardworking and reliable
- Able to stay focused and motivated in a repetitive and targeted environment
