Transport Planner

We are C.C. & R.J. Emerson Ltd, a family-run haulage company that's been trading for almost 100 years. We are well recognised and regarded in the Ellistown/Coalville area as a reliable haulier but also as a great company to work for.

Desired Skills
- Experience of TransMaS transport planning software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good geographical knowledge.
- An understanding of compliance within the transport industry.
- Ability to build positive working relations with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
- Must be IT literate (Including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite).
- The ability to work under pressure within a busy transport office.
- Experience in an operational role in a logistics or haulage business.

This is a full-time role, predominantly Mon-Fri. You will receive 28 days' paid annual leave a year, company pension, a competitive salary and company phone + laptop. The role is performance based with a basic salary + commission.
