Night Porter

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Porter to join our team. As a Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. If you have a strong attention to detail and enjoy providing exceptional guest services, we would love to hear from you.

Shifts are varied

Generally 11pm until 3 or 4am

- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
- Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, including door handles, handrails, and elevator buttons
- Assist with the setup of meeting rooms or event spaces
- Respond promptly to guest requests or inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with luggage or other belongings as needed
- Ensure that all equipment and supplies are properly stored and organized

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual skills highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services is a plus
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods

**Salary**: £10.02-£10.35 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 24 per week
