Brown & Mason Group Ltd are looking for someone with a welcoming personality to run and manage our staff canteen for approx. 50 colleagues in the Retford area.

If you have experience in cooking in a cafe/hospitality and are keen to run your own kitchen, this is the place for you

You will need to be able to work in a busy environment / kitchen and have good time management, ensuring availability of food for all staff breaks. You will have the freedom to design your own menus that would consist of breakfast and lunch options using your own initiative as you would have the overall running of the canteen.

Work hours would be Monday - Thurs 06:30 - 15:30 & Friday 06:30 - 10:30
