Interesting and varied temporary to permanent Property Administrator role
- Hybrid and flexible working position based in Saffron Walden

**About Our Client**:
This Property and housing organisation are based in Saffron Walden and have a great company ethos to support their customers in providing excellent services. With parking on site and flexible working policy to include hybrid working in this full time temp to perm opportunity. The Property Administrator will have a strong administration background ideally working in either a council, property and housing organisation or repairs and maintenance department however transferable skills are welcome

Property Administrator Job Duties:

- Assist managers and team leaders in providing a high-quality and responsive repairs service by offering administrative support
- Input and verify property and repairs data into the in-house housing IT system or Excel spreadsheets
- Respond to enquiries from tenants and elected Members about repairs and maintenance in a timely and professional manner
- Provide support for the Council's complaints management process
- Share data and performance information with colleagues within agreed time targets and in a clear and accurate way
- Log complaints made by tenants and track responses to ensure they are provided within the agreed timescale
- Provide administrative support for internal and external meetings, including sending invites, checking availability of attendees, and noting actions
- Attend weekly maintenance contract meetings in-person, take notes, and arrange meeting rooms for occasional in-person meetings
- Check and process invoices and purchase orders using the Council's invoicing system
- Perform general administrative tasks as required
- Undertake any other duties that may be reasonably within the competence of the post holder.

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Property Administrator will be available immediately or on a maximum of 1-2 weeks notice period as this is a temporary to permanent position with the initial term being at least 6 months.

Based in Saffron Walden this is a hybrid and very flexible position

Prior administration experience is required ideally including data entry, excel spreadsheet management, logging queries, holding other departments accountable and chasing up outcomes for the good of customers
