**About the Role**:
Due to business growth, we have a brand new opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Compliance and Onboarding Lead to join our in-house recruitment team on a permanent basis. This role will be hybrid working, with your time shared between home-working and at our Hub in Warwick.

You'll be part of a small, but friendly recruitment team that manages end to end recruitment processes for a variety of roles.

The overall responsibility of this role is to support the Recruitment Manager in leading all aspects of compliance and on-boarding for new employees and manage our day to day relationship with our third party suppliers. Your priority will be to ensure that our new hires have a great onboarding experience, hiring managers are kept up-to-date with their new hires checks, and all new starters achieve 100% compliance.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Issue employees requiring visa sponsorship with certificates of sponsorship
- Oversee compliance of all new employees: identity verification, right to work in the UK, references, DBS clearance and visa sponsorship.

**Required Skills and Experience**:
It is essential that you have the following:

- 2 years minimum experience in a healthcare recruitment compliance role
- Understanding of recruitment regulatory requirements, particularly DBS, CQC and UKVI
- Able to coach junior team members
- An effective communicator
- You'll be well organised, and able to prioritise work based on urgency
