We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Media Executive to join our fantastic team and drive The Marylebone Leisure's Group success.
Purpose of the role:
This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team in one of the UK’s leading restaurant brands. We are looking to recruit for a Senior Social Media Executive to support across The Marylebone Leisure Groups venue on our social media strategy across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.
You will play a crucial role in building brand awareness, engaging our target audience, and driving traffic to our digital platforms.
We are looking for a hands-on, organized, and creative individual who must have at least five years experience within a social media role.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Identify target audience segments and tailor content accordingly.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our social media strategy remains cutting-edge.
Content Creation:

- Create engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok.
- Utilize multimedia elements such as images, videos, and graphics to enhance content effectiveness.
- Craft compelling and consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Community Engagement:

- Foster and grow an active and loyal community of followers.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor discussions and trends in the online community, providing insights and recommendations.
Analytics and Reporting:

- Track, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics.
- Use data to make informed decisions and optimize social media campaigns for maximum impact.
- Provide regular reports to management on social media KPIs and achievements.
Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate with influencers and partners for collaborative campaigns.

Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
