Job Title: Customer Service Executive, Telecoms Coordinator

The Role:
You will have had a track record of working within a fast paced customer service role within ideally telecommunications and understand things like (CDR’s), they will however also consider people who have worked in customer service in SaaS or other subscriptionbased environments. You will need to be familiar with dealing with payment systems and be confident in the process of working with customers via multiple channels. You will also be required to have a good understanding of WhatsApp.
The Package:
On offer will be a competitive basic salary of £30,000 this may be negotiable based on experience along with an excellent chance to progress your career in to management based on your success in the role
