Do you love working in a blended **strategic and operational** Business Partner role?
Have you got experience supporting with integration following **acquisition** and guiding business' through periods of **change and transformation**?
I am supporting one of my favourite clients to source a Senior HR Business Partner on a 12 month FTC basis. This is a new role into the structure to support the HR Director and take a lead on rolling out the **UK people strategy** and guiding them through **large scale change**, allowing the HR Director time to focus on supporting the broader strategic ambitions of the Group.
You will be joining a **highly acquisitive and commercial business** that have experienced large growth over the few years and have no plans to slow down. They are PE backed and the investors are super ambitious, driving growth and change acrossall aspects of the business.
Already, the organisation have an awesome HR team in place, with specialists in Recruitment, L&D and Payroll. This role will take the ownership for **BAU operational support**, including ER, for a particular region within the business as well as leading the HR Team. They are a very **people centric culture** and will support where possible and always try to learn and evolve their own practices and processes to support the needs of the employees.
This role will take a lead on partnering the UK operation, working closely with the **UK Senior Leadership team** to understand the **business agendaand partner them to deliver** that alongside the HR agenda locally.
It's absolutely imperative that you have plenty of experience navigating, leading and preparing businesses for **large scale change.** Having recently acquired an IT business, they are part way through completely **overhauling their operating model**. Embracing the **digital evolution** and growing to provide a better customer journey and employee experience. There is plenty of integration work to be done from previous **acquisitions** and potentially more acquisitions in the pipeline this year On top of this, and to ensure the business continues to operate as efficiently and effectively as possible, there are **multiple OD projects** running in tandem to improve the operating model as they grow and evolve.
So, what am I looking for?
- Ample experience supporting a fast paced, ever changing environment
- Experience leading TUPE processes and integration projects
- Line management experience
- Impeccable employee legislation knowledge and experience managing complex ER cases
- Experience partnering Director level stakeholders
- Experience partnering a remote/multi-site workforce
- A commercially minded Senior HR BP that is looking for a balance between strategic and operational responsibilities
- Experience working on Organisational Development projects that change the business operating model
- Experience working in a high growth environment

As you can probably tell, this is not a 'fill a gap' kind of 12 month FTC. This is as 'value add' as they get and requires a master juggler to lead a small HR team, lead the change projects, support on integration, all whilst managing the BAU HR operationalrequirement.
