Viewings Assistant

Job Locations: UK-Raynes Park Job Profile:
Hawes & Co Estate Agents are looking to recruit a Viewings Assistant for their Raynes Park office.

Key responsibilities will be to properly register potential buyers and sellers; undertake and follow up on viewings to secure offers and ensure exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone in support of the Branch Manager.

The individual should have/possess:

- A valid UK driving licence and access to their own car
- Good negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An excellent telephone manner
- Live within a reasonable driving distance of the branch
- An organised and methodical approach
- Ability to build excellent customer relationships

This is a temporary zero hours contract paying £10 per hour, Saturdays 9am - 5pm.
