We are working with a Berkshire based hospice who are looking for **a** skilled Staff Nurse/Senior Staff Nurse to provide expert palliative and end of life care. Located in a beautiful setting, this site is part of a large charity and has a close relationship within the local community, offering a large range of specialist servicesto support patients, their families, and friends.

As a Staff Nurse/Senior Staff Nurse you will play an active role within the team. You will provide tailored care designed to meet individuals medical, social, spiritual, and emotional needs.

**There is good staff ratio; with 3x RN & 4x HCA per 12- 15 patients during the day.**

You will support people through the most difficult times of their lives, whether it is a terminal illness, the loss of a loved one or a neurological condition.

As a compassionate Staff Nurse/Senior Staff Nurse you will provide expert care to help them live the best life they possibly can.

Day shifts are from 7am - 7pm (12hrs)

Night shifts are from 7pm to 7am (12hrs)

**Person specification**:
You will hold full NMC registration as an RN Adult with significant post-registration experience. Full training in Palliative care can be provided.
