Binary Capital is a London based, whole of market, broad investment firm working in partnership with Wealth Managers and IFAs - with a leading, unique, Model Portfolio Service (MPS) and Discretionary Fund Management (DFM) offering which we are looking to significantly grow further and fully expand on. **Responsibilities**:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate to experience working with UK based IFAs in a role with autonomy and responsibility at a rapidly growing, fast paced, discretionary fund management firm.

**Teamwork/Administration**:Work in conjunction with the wider Sales team.
- To reach business growth targets, in addition to being responsible for individual sales targets.
- Sales targets, monitoring and achieving of such targets. Providing management with regular feedback across all areas, especially KPIs.
- Preparing sales packs for clients.
- Update data on HubSpot our CRM tool.
- Contribute to ad hoc data tasks as necessary.

**Sales**:Executing sales outreach in line with BCIM processes.
- Focus on UK based independent financial advisers, proactively pursue new business - generate leads through Linkedin, cold call prospective clients, following up new business opportunities, setting up meetings, engaging and closing leads.
- Sign up Financial Adviser firms and create a pipeline of business which is executed on. This will be in conjunction with your line manager.
- Cold calling on behalf of your line manager to book meetings.

**Marketing**:Updating marketing material.
- You will be provided key financial promotions that you will be responsible for updating and ensuring that the sales materials utilised by the team are up to date.
- Prepare content and contribute significantly to thought leadership, product commentary and broader marketing initiatives for IFAs. This can be using social media and other campaigns.

**Client facing**:Attending meetings where appropriate.
- Ensure prospective and existing Binary MPS users fully understand the proposition including investment and service differentiators.
- Attend and organise seminars, conferences and events where appropriate. Raising the company profile as a Binary Capital ambassador.
- Have a good understanding of our products and services and be able to engage others around them. Become a specialist on the DFM side and how we invest for clients.

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
