**Learning and Behaviour Mentor - Hounslow**

LTS are working in partnership with a SEND college in the London Borough of Hounslow with students aged 16 to 25.

Our client college has some exciting new positions available in the new year. Would you like to join an exciting team of professionals and be involved in the ethos and vision of this outstanding educational establishment?

We are looking for fun and dedicated Learning and Behaviour Mentors to support young adults; academically, in the classroom and practically, learning and utilizing life skills.

Everyday will be different working as a Learning and Behaviour Mentor. The ideal Learning and Behaviour Mentor will have some educational setting or care giving experience or maybe a graduate who would like to pursue a career in teaching. Previous experienceof working with children with autism would be advantageous but not essential.

Person Specification:

- Willingness to meet pupils’ primary care needs
- Be calm under pressure
- Be willing to be trained in a positive handling course
- Experience working in a SEND setting is beneficial but not essential
- Good communication skills
- Being a good team player is essential for the health and safety of all stakeholders
