As the Master Vendor team within Maxxima grows, we have an exciting opportunity for a **Recruitment **Coordinator** to join the team.

Reporting into the account executive your will provide support and coordination to the delivery of the MV solution to our clients. You will be responsible for the coordination of workflows, engaging with hiring managers and suppliers, so strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build effective relationships is key.

**Every day you will**
- Work with both the client and the agencies that support the contract, ensuring smooth end to end recruitment of temporary roles
- Provide support to clients, handling any queries or questions
- Monitor and provide regular project performance updates to the account executive, whilst monitoring risks to the project/s where necessary

**To thrive in this role, you must ideally have**
- Experience of recruitment and knowledge of MSP or VMS coordination
- Experience working in a healthcare or a similar customer service environment would be desirable
- Excellent interpersonal skills, whilst working with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail as you will be preparing management information
