Bridal Consultant

We are looking for an experienced bridal consultant or someone with high end sales experience. Ideally someone with sewing Skills

Working hours will be a range of shifts that will be set once agreed but can be between the hours of 9.30am-7.30pm and MUST include Saturdays at least 3 per month
- Assist brides in finding their dream wedding dress and accessories
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience for brides and their entourage
- Offer expert advice on fit, style, and alterations
- Coordinate and schedule bridal and prom appointments
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bridal shop
- Stay up-to-date on current bridal trends and designers

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail / customer service or sewing industry is essential
- Ability to sell and upsell bridal gowns and accessories
- Excellent time management skills to ensure appointments are kept on schedule
- Basic math skills for processing payments and handling transactions
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and vendors

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 22 - 40 per week
